Luxury Intimate Wedding Photography at Davenport House

Esther and Mark’s beautiful wedding at Davenport House was such a special day. Surrounded by family and friends, every moment was filled with love and cuddles and it was such an honour to be there to capture every meaningful moment. I first met Esther and Mark at their pre-wedding session at their beautiful home and we enjoyed a few hours chatting as I photographed them with the gorgeous dog, Shelby. It was easy to see how much they loved one another and their love was at ease and devoted all at the same time.

The sun shone beautifully for their September day and even as the candles were being lit to welcome the first guests, you could feel the electric excitement that precedes a wedding. The prep went so quickly, as it always does, and as Esther and her bridesmaids stood on the beautiful staircase, clutching their stunning bouquets, ready to walk down the aisle I knew that I’d be fighting tears in the ceremony. (I just love love!)

The ceremony was delivered by Diane, who communicated Esther and Mark’s story so wonderfully, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. (Including me, obviously.) The day just flew by and as the sun set and the band fired up for the first dance, the hugs and laughter still kept coming.

I can’t wait to sit down and help Esther and Mark create their Wedding Album that they will cherish for generations.
